FROM THE SIDELINE
"I'm very proud of this group," said head coach
Matthew Thorne. "They showed great character to fight a man down against a good team for more than 30 minutes of the match. That's our third clean sheet in four games to open the year. Now we need to keep working on creating chances and put the ball in the back of the net! We'll recover now and focus on a tough GSC match this weekend."
UP NEXT
AUM starts a five-game road trip on Saturday, Sept. 16 as they visit Union (Tenn.) University in Jackson, Tenn. The match is scheduled to kick-off at 6 p.m. CT.
