This week in AUM Athletics: DEC. 9-15

MONTGOMERY, Ala. -- Each week, the Auburn University at Montgomery Office of Athletics Communications previews the upcoming week with “This Week in AUM Athletics.” While there won't be any games played at AUM Athletics complex this week, both men's and women's basketball will hi the road and continue GSC conference play. The teams will travel to Cleveland, Miss. for a 2 p.m. CT and 4 p.m. CT scheduled tip off.

  • AUM women's basketball split last weeks action and sits at 3-4 overall and 1-1 in conference. 
  • They will travel to Delta State this weekend and look to improve in the GSC standings.
  • Danielle Luckey averaged a double-double in last weeks conference games with 15 points and 10 rebounds.
  • Allasha Dudley added 27 points against Trevecca and stands among the top of the conference at 16.8 points per game.
  • Delta State is also 1-1 in conference play and 5-3 on the year, with a loss to Union and win over Christian Brothers.
  • The Warhawks stand at (4-3, 1-1) after a pair of conference games last week.
  • They took down Lee and fell to Trevecca by just a point.
  • Malachi Rhodes recorded his second double-double of the season on Thursday.
  • Chappelle Whitney scored 23 points against Lee in the Warhawks victory on Saturday.
  • Delta State sits at (5-3,1-1) with a loss to Union and win over Christian Brothers.
