MONGTOMERY, Ala. -- The Auburn University at Montgomery softball team scored 22 runs in Saturday's doubleheader against No. 6 Mississippi College as they earned the sweep with a 12-1 and 10-2 victory at the AUM Softball Complex.

HIGHLIGHTS (GM 1)
- Kat Fallen reached on a fielding error and scored Chloe Baynes in the first inning.
- In the top of the second inning, Mississippi College tied the game with a RBI.
- Fallen tallied a grand slam in the bottom of the second to push AUM back in front 5-1.
- Margaret Morgan hit a two RBI double that brought home Rebecca Komers and Chloe Derrick. Baynes tripled and scored a pair of runs and later Baynes scored to make it 10-1 in the third frame.
- Faith Wheat tallied a RBI double and scored pinch runner Whitney Wells to go up 11-1.
- Baynes layed down a bunt and scored Wheat to give AUM a 12-1 lead.
ON THE MOUND (GM 1)
- Alanna Goble (W, 4-2) went the distance as she struck out nine of the 24 batters she faced out. She gave up one run on four hits.

HIGHLIGHTS (GM 2)
- Molly Cobb singled up the middle in the top fo the first and scored Baynes and Haley Ann Frank to score AUM's first two runs of the game.
- MC scored one run in the second and third frames to even the game up at 2-2.
- Rebecca Komers had a two RBI double to right center field in the bottom of the third that pushed AUM back in front 4-2. Wheat grounded out to the MC pitcher and scored Komers to go in front 5-2.
- Gia Martin broke the game open in the fourth inning with a three-run homer over the left field wall to make it 8-2.
- Morgan closed the game with a single to right center field that scored Wheat and Komers as the Warhawks won 10-2 in five innings.
ON THE MOUND (GM 2)
- Avery Dickerson (W, 3-1) worked the five innings and struck out a trio of Choctaw batters. She allowed two runs on six hits.
