MONTEVALLO, Ala. -- The Auburn University at Montgomery women's basketball team trailed 53-34 with 8:49 to go in the third quarter and outscored the Falcons 51-28 in the final 18 minutes of the game to claim the 85-81 victory inside Central State Bank Arena on Saturday afternoon on the final day of the Gulf South Conference regular season.

HIGHLIGHTS
- Tian Addison scored a three-pointer on AUM's first possession of the game to take a quick 3-0 lead.
- Montevallo's Anna Katherine Eastman made a layup as time expired in the first quarter to go up 23-19 at the end of the first quarter.
- Montevallo's lead grew to 12 points in the first half as Leisha Steger connected on a layup midway into the quarter. They took a 45-34 lead into halftime.
- Eastman made a jumper with 8:49 to go in the third to extend the UM lead to 19 points.
- AUM rolled off a 10-0 run in the next minute to trim the lead down to nine points.
- Jemeriah Moore made a layup at the 8:52 mark in the fourth quarter to spark a 9-0 run to tie the game up at 68-68 with 6:42 left.
- Allasha Dudley made a jumper with 3:48 to go to push AUM in front 75-73.
- With the game tied at 77 all, Addison made a three-pointer to give AUM a 80-77 lead and they held onto it clinching the 85-81 victory on the road.
NOTABLES
- Moore secured a double-double with 17 points and 13 rebounds.
- Dudley scored 30 points in the game and went 11-for-12 from the charity stripe. She also dished four assists and played the full 40 minutes.
- Addison scored 18 and grabbed a pair of rebounds. She dished five assists in 40 minutes of action.
- AUM went 11-for-32 from three-point range. The Warhawks have had four games where they have made double-digit three-pointers.
- AUM outscored the Falcons 22-15 in second chance points and outrebounded Montevallo 43-25.

"Huge comeback win for us on the road against a team on their Senior Day as well as fighting for a playoff spot," head women's basketball coach
Jon Plefka said. "They jumped on us but, we fought back in the second half by making clutch plays and came out with the win."
NEXT UP
AUM is set to host the first round of the Gulf South Conference Tournament on Tuesday, March 5 against fifth-seeded University of West Florida at 5:30 p.m. in the AUM Athletics Complex.
