Pensacola, FL. - The Auburn University at Montgomery men's tennis team was defeated 1-6 by No. 7 University of West Florida on Wednesday afternoon in Pensacola, Florida at Ralph Carson Tennis Center.

FIRST SERVE – DOUBLES 

• Alex Verdasco and Agustin Marquez was defeated 6-7 in a close battle on court one against Albin Ekenros and Mateo Martinez. 
• Joao Guariente and Giuseppe Bonaiuti fell 6-7 on court two against Diego Duran and Sebastian Rondon.
• Titouan Le Maout and Adrian Contreras lost 1-6 against Sebastian Sotelo and Tomas Leston on court three. 

FIRST SERVE – SINGLES

• Guariente lost the match against Rondon in three sets 7-6, 4-6, 7-10 on court one. 
• Bonaiuti was defeated on court two by Sotelo with a final score of 2-6, 3-6. 
• Contreras fell 2-6, 4-6 against Ekenros on court three.  
• Le Maout dropped 4-6, 4-6 against Duran on court four.
• Verdasco picked up a 7-6, 6-4 victory against Mateo Martinez on court five.
• Marquez was taken down 1-6, 3-6 against Leston on court six as West Florida would clinch the win.
