This Week in AUM Athletics: JAN. 13-19

MONTGOMERY, Ala. -- Each week, the Auburn University at Montgomery Office of Athletics Communications previews the upcoming week with “This Week in AUM Athletics.” We've got a pair of home conference games for men's and women's basketball. Staring off this Thursday against West Florida at 6 p.m. CT. Saturday, Valdosta State will come to town and tipoff at 1 p.m. CT.

  • AUM women's basketball dropped consecutive conference games and stands at 5-9 on the year and 3-6 in GSC play.
  • They will host West Florida on Thursday and Valdosta State on Saturday
  • Allasha Dudley became the sixth highest scorer in program history with 1,366 points in her career. She leads the GSC with 18.1 points per game.
  • West Florida stands at (11-4, 7-2) this season.
  • Valdosta State is (10-5, 5-4) overall. 
  • The Warhawks split the two games last week and stand at  (7-7, 4-5) 
  • AUM will host West Florida and Valdosta State this week. 
  • Pual Lanzi leads the Warhawks in conference play at 14.4 points per game. 
  • West Florida holds a (4-11, 3-6) record ahead of Thursday's matchup.
  • Valdosta State is (13-2, 8-1) on the year and remains unbeaten in GSC play.
