This Week in AUM Athletics: JAN. 6-12

MONTGOMERY, Ala. -- Each week, the Auburn University at Montgomery Office of Athletics Communications previews the upcoming week with “This Week in AUM Athletics.” We've got a pair of conference road games this week as Men's and Women's basketball travel to West Alabama on Thursday and Alabama Huntsville on Saturday. Thursday's games are set for 4 and 7 p.m. CT, while Saturday's are scheduled for 2 and 4 p.m. CT.

  • AUM women's basketball has won consecutive conference games and stands at 5-7 on the year and 3-4 in GSC play.
  • They will travel to West Alabama on Thursday and Alabama Huntsville on Saturday
  • Allasha Dudley scored a season-high 31 points against Montevallo last week. She leads the GSC at 19.4 points per game. 
  • West Alabama stands at (1-11, 1-7) this season.
  • UAH is (11-3, 6-2) overall near top of the league. 
  • The Warhawks stand at (6-6, 3-4) after beating Montevallo last week.
  • AUM will travel to West Alabama on Thursday and Alabama Huntsville on Saturday
  • In the last two games, Lanzi has made 9-of-16 from outside and combined for 52 points.
  • West Alabama holds a (8-5, 5-3) record ahead of Thursday's matchup.
  • Alabama Huntsville is (13-1, 8-0) on the year and remains unbeaten in GSC play.
