Montgomery, Ala. - Under the direction of 12th-year head coach
Michael Cheaney, the Auburn University at Montgomery Warhawks men's basketball program has officially announced its 2025-26 schedule. The schedule entails 28 regular season games, including 6 consecutive non-conference matches into 22 Gulf South Conference contests.
COACH CHEANEY'S COMMENTS
"We're excited for the season ahead. Our guys have put in the work and remained focused on our goals. We've got a strong mix of experienced veterans and talented newcomers, and they've come together in a way that's been really encouraging. I'm confident that chemistry will show on the court."
THE SEASON
The Warhawks kick off their season at home with two non-conference games against Spring Hill November 14 and Tuskegee November 15. They will then travel to Rome, Georgia to face Shorter University on November 18. They will return to Georgia to play against Georgia Southwestern November 24 and Florida Tech on November 25. Wrapping up non-conference play, they will return to their home court to take on Shorter University December 2.
Beginning their conference play in Tennessee, the Warhawks will face Trevecca Nazarene on December 4 and Lee University on December 6. They will return to the AUM Athletic Complex to play Mississippi College on December 11 and Delta State on December 14. Returning to Tennessee, the Warhawks will challenge Union on December 18 and Christian Brothers on December 20.
The Warhawks will kick off the new year on the road, facing Montevallo on January 4. They will return to Montgomery to contest West Alabama on January 8 and UAH on January 10. Taking a trip down the coast, the Warhawks will play at West Florida on January 15. They will then travel to Valdosta State on January 17. The Warhawks will then circle back to AUM, playing Lee University on January 22 and Trevecca Nazarene on January 24. They will then make a trip to Mississippi to play Delta State on January 29 and Mississippi College on January 31.
Returning to the AUM Athletic Complex, the Warhawks will challenge Christian Brothers on February 5 and Union on February 7. Staying at home, they will play Montevallo on February 14. Their last regular season away trip will be at UAH on February 19 and West Alabama on February 21. The Warhawks will wrap up their regular season with two home games, facing Valdosta State on February 25 and West Florida on February 27.
The 2026 GSC Men's Basketball Quarterfinals will begin on March 2 with Semifinals concluding on March 5, and the Championship will take place March 8. All events will be held at the highest seed's home arena.

Season tickets will be available for purchase in the coming weeks. Single game tickets can be purchased one week prior to each home event. All ticket sales are digital and will be available HERE.
