MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Auburn University at Montgomery Warhawks women's soccer team (1-12-2, GSC: 0-9-2) took the field against the Mississippi College Choctaws (7-7-3, GSC: 5-4-2) in Gulf South Conference action, where the Choctaws collected a 4-0 victory Friday night at the AUM Soccer Complex.
HOW IT HAPPENED
All MC goals came in the first half, starting in the 12th minute with a score from Karah Boydstun with an assist from Erin Stamatopoulos. Then, in the 20th minute, Vail Wartes scored unassisted to move up 2-0.
Stamatopoulos posted a goal in the 35th minute with an assist from Paula Catalan, and Lillie Young capped the scoring in the 41st minute with an assist from Stamatopoulos to move the tally to the game ending 4-0 mark.
AUM wraps the regular season Sunday, Nov. 2, at 1 p.m. in GSC action against Delta State.
