Warhawks Women's Hoops Releases 2025-26 Slate

Montgomery, Ala. - Under the direction of second-year head coach Ashee' Phillips, the Auburn University at Montgomery Warhawks women's basketball program has officially announced its 2025-26 schedule. The schedule entails 29 regular season games, including 7 non-conference matches and 23 Gulf South Conference contests.

COACH PHILLIPS' COMMENTS
"Our program has grown in every area over the past few months, on the court, in the locker room, and in our culture. Their growth, effort, and focus have been impressive. The excitement around this team is real. We've continued to build on our foundation, and I'm proud of the direction we're heading as we prepare to compete."

THE SEASON
The Warhawks begin their non-conference games in Daytona, Florida against Nova Southeastern on November 14. While in Daytona Beach, they will play Embry-Riddle on November 15. They will remain on the road to play against Spring Hill on November 18, returning for their first home matchup versus Columbus State on November 22. Wrapping up their non-conference play, they will travel to Georgia Southwestern on November 29, then head down the interstate to play Alabama State on December 1.

The Warhawks will kick off their conference games with a trip to Tennessee, playing Trevecca Nazarene on December 4 and Lee University on December 6. They return to their home court December 11 to take on Mississippi College. Remaining in Montgomery, they will play Delta State on December 14. The Warhawks will make another trip to Tennessee to play Union on December 18 and Christian Brothers on December 20. 

They will then take a conference game break, playing at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia on January 2. Then, the Warhawks take on the Montevallo Falcons at Montevallo on January 4. They will then play a pair of home games, battling West Alabama January 8 then University of Alabama Huntsville January 10.  

The Warhawks will then be on the road to play at West Florida January 15 and at Valdosta State January 17. Playing two more home games, the Warhawks will face Lee University January 22 and Trevecca Nazarene January 24. The Warhawks will pack up for a trip to Mississippi to play Delta State on January 29 and Mississippi College on January 31. 

Returning to the AUM Athletic Complex, the Warhawks will have the following three consecutive home games: February 5 versus Christian Brothers, February 7 versus Union, and February 14 versus Montevallo. For their final regular season road trip, they will travel within the state to play at University of Alabama Huntsville February 19, then to West Alabama to play February 21. Wrapping up their regular season at home, the Warhawks will play Valdosta State on February 25 and West Florida on February 27. 

The 2026 GSC Women's Basketball Quarterfinals will begin on March 2 with Semifinals concluding on March 5, and the Championship will take place March 8. All events will be held at the highest seed's home arena.
