MOBILE, Ala. - The Auburn University at Montgomery men's tennis team (4-4, 1-0) defeated Dillard on Thursday, 4-0. 
 
AUM controlled the match after they took the doubles point and three of the singles matches.
 
DOUBLES

• The Warhawks were able to claim the point with wins on two of the courts.
• Giuseppe Bonaiuti and Jami Savolainen won 6-3.
• Augustin Wallaert and Marka Nawa won 6-3 to give AUM the 1-0 lead headed into the singles competition.

 
SINGLES

• The Warhawks men's team took control in singles to shutout Dillard 4-0.
• Bonaiuti won his matchup 6-4 and 6-3.
• Raphael Pertusier also won 6-0 and 6-1 as AUM looked for the final point.
• Nawa closed the match and gave the Warhawks its fourth point after he won his matchup 6-3 and 6-0.
