MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Auburn University at Montgomery Warhawks men's basketball team (3-12, GSC: 1-8) lost to the University of Alabama in Huntsville Chargers (12-4, GSC: 7-3) on Saturday evening from the AUM Athletics Complex.

HOW IT HAPPENED
First Half
The Chargers came out firing, racing to a 22–1 lead before the 12-minute mark.
Jamarious Martin scored four points for the Warhawks, but UAH continued to build its advantage, stretching the margin to 29–5.
Elhadji Thiam added some points for the orange and black, but the Charger's offense kept the pressure on.
Jacob St. Clair made a three-point play, and a
Devin Barksdale triple brought AUM to 20 points, but the visitors would go on to lead 53-26 at the end of the first half.

Second Half
UAH carried their momentum into the second half, scoring 13 of the first 15 points. Despite Martin's triple, the Chargers led 81-39 midway through the second half.

A 16-point run, highlighted by a pair of three-pointers from
Omar Zeigler, showed the Warhawks' refusal to quit, but UAH ultimately pulled away for a 100–66 victory.

- Elhadji Thiam led AUM with 18 points while shooting at a 50 percent rate (6-of-12) and adding six rebounds and two steals.
- Jamarious Martin recorded a season high of 15 points while adding seven rebounds.
- Omar Zeigler totaled 12 points and four rebounds.
- The orange and black scored 28 points in the paint and 19 off the bench.
