CLINTON, Miss. – The No. 4 Auburn University at Montgomery men's soccer team (8-1-1, GSC: 5-0-1) battled the Mississippi Christian Choctaws to a 0-0 draw Saturday afternoon at Robert P. Longabaugh Field.

FIRST HALF
The Warhawks controlled much of the attacking pressure early, recording four shots in the opening half.
Fabio Guerreiro put AUM's first shot on target in the 26th minute, forcing a save from Mississippi Christian goalkeeper Santiago Dominguez.
Benjamin Hoffmann,
Alan De Paula, and
Sean O'Donnell also recorded shots as the Warhawks continued to look for an opening.

Mississippi Christian created several opportunities of its own, but goalkeeper
Jakob Buhrkuhl kept the Choctaws off the scoreboard with one save in the opening half. Neither side found the breakthrough, sending the match into halftime scoreless.

SECOND HALF
The defensive battle continued after the break, with neither team able to generate a goal. Buhrkuhl made two additional saves in the second half, including a stop on Gabriel Paes e Sa in the 82nd minute, to preserve his sixth shutout of the season.

AUM continued to push for the game-winning goal late, earning a corner in the 89th minute before
Mikayil Bacar Said put a shot on target. Dominguez made the save, however, keeping the match scoreless through the final whistle.
