MOUNT PLEASANT, SC. - The Auburn University at Montgomery women's golf team wrapped up their time at the Lenoir-Rhyne/Dunes West Women's Intercollegiate on Tuesday. The tournament was hosted by Lenoir-Rhyne University at the Dunes West Golf Course in Mount Pleasant.
For the first time in program history, AUM has made an appearance in a spring golf tournament. The Warhawks finished in 17th place with a three-round total of 1055 (+191).Â
The team title was claimed by Lincoln Memorial with a three-round total of 915 (+51). North Georgia's Camryn Wright secured the individual title.Â
RESULTS
- Ashley Nelson paced the Warhawks, tied for 11th with a three-round total of 232 (+15) and posted seven birdies.
- Hailey Westmoreland tied for 82nd for a three-round total of 272 (+56) and recorded one birdie.
- Aubrie Medford also tied for 82nd at 272 (+56) and finished with three birdies.
- Georgia Cater secured an 87th place finish with one birdie for a three-round total of 280 (+64).

Hosted by Savannah State University, the Warhawks' next tournament will be the Tiger Spring Invitational in Savannah, Georgia, at the Crosswinds Golf Course March 9-10.
