SAVANNAH, Ga. - The Auburn University at Montgomery women's golf team continued its spring season at the Tiger Spring Invitational. The event was hosted by Savannah State University at the Crosswinds Golf Course in Savannah, Georgia.
The Warhawks finished in fourth place with a three-round total of 990 (+126).
The team title was claimed by Milligan State University with a three-round total of 941 (+77). Pearl Jenkins secured the individual title for Edward Waters University, posting a 219 (+3) throughout three rounds.
RESULTS
- Ashley Nelson posted a three-round total of 221 (+5) across the tournament, finishing second overall while recording six birdies across the tournament. This performance marked her best three-round collegiate outing to date.
- Hailey Westmoreland recorded a 249 (+33) over the three rounds, finishing 14th overall with four birdies across the event. This outing marked the best three-round finish of her collegiate career.
- Aubrie Medford secured 16th place, carding a 252 (+36) and tallied four birdies over three rounds.Â
- Georgia Cater finished in 23rd, registering 268 (+52) with one birdie. This marked her career-best finish over three rounds.

Hosted by Lander University, the Warhawks' next tournament will be the Lady Bearcat Invitational in Greenwood, South Carolina, at the Greenwood Golf Course March 23-24.
