MACON, Ga. – The Auburn University at Montgomery Warhawks men's tennis team (3-7) defeated the Middle Georgia State Knights (3-3) 4-1 while playing to clinch in Macon, Georgia on Friday afternoon.

Doubles
Despite
Jami Savolainen and
Giuseppe Bonaiuti taking down the Knights' Alexandr Achour and Daniel Garcia Suarez at the No. 1 doubles position, Middle Georgia State was able to secure the doubles point with wins at the No. 2 and 3 spots.

Singles
Guillermo Vedia Sanchez was the first off the singles courts, defeating MGA's Duarte Mestre 6-3, 6-4 at the No.3 slot.
Harry McDonagh followed with a 6-4, 6-3 win over MGA's Vicente Faria at the No. 4 position.

With the orange and black leading 2-1,
Augustin Wallaert added another tally for AUM as he beat MGA's Michal Glocman 6-3, 7-5 at the No. 5 singles spot.

Lucas Rosvall ended the match with a 6-7, 6-2, 6-1 come from behind dub over MGA's Nick Dufner to secure the 4-1 victory for the Warhawks.
