MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Auburn University at Montgomery women's golf team is set to open its 2026-27 season Tuesday, Sept. 8, as the Warhawks begin a four-event fall slate at the Full Moon BBQ Invitational in Calera, Alabama.
The Warhawks will compete in four tournaments during the fall portion of their schedule, beginning with a two-day trip to Timberline Golf Club before making stops in Tennessee, Georgia and South Carolina.
THE FALL SLATE
AUM opens the season Tuesday and Wednesday at the Full Moon BBQ Invitational, hosted by the University of Montevallo at Timberline Golf Club in Calera.
The tournament provides the Warhawks with their first opportunity to compete against outside competition during the 2026-27 campaign and begins a stretch of four tournaments over the next seven weeks.
Following the season opener, AUM will travel to Cleveland, Tennessee, for The City with Spirit Classic on Sept. 14-15 at Cleveland Country Club.
The Warhawks will continue their fall schedule in October at the Newberry Fall Invitational on Oct. 12-13 at Grand Harbor Golf Club in Greensboro, Georgia, before closing the fall slate Oct. 26-27 at the Converse Fall Invite in Inman, South Carolina.

Georgia Cater, alongside sophomore
Hailey Westmoreland headline the returning group.
The Warhawks also welcome juniors
Skylar Benjamin and
Taylor Hettenhausen, and sophomore
Katie Brannon to the program for the 2026-27 season.
With a mix of experienced returners and new additions, AUM will look to establish its identity early in the season as the Warhawks begin a four-tournament fall campaign.
