Prep: Attended Sacred Heart Girls College in her hometown of Plymouth, New Zealand… in addition to basketball, she played netball, cricket and was on the swimming team… she was a two-time regional champion in New Zealand and earned a place on the New Zealand U17 National Team after averaging 20.5 points per game.
Personal: Born Raquel Amy Sampson on May 19, 2002… is the daughter of Warren and Christine Sampson… has a younger brother, Jared (17)… is majoring in Psychology with a minor in business.
