Athletics Communications Header

The Auburn University at Montgomery athletics communications staff coordinates the publicity of all 11 AUM athletic teams, including press releases, publications, statistical information, and the maintenance of the athletic department website and social media channels. The athletic communications staff also oversees the operations of the press box and scorer's table at AUM home events.

The athletics communications office is located on the first floor of the gymnasium. The mailing address is the following:

Media - Members of the media planning to cover Warhawk athletics should contact the AUM athletics communications staff. Working space at the press box/scorer's table is limited, so please get in touch with the appropriate staff member ahead of time. Wireless internet access is available at all home basketball events. Members of the media will be provided with game notes, programs, statistics, and any other relevant materials. Box scores will be available at certain intervals throughout the game, including play-by-play printouts if requested.

Interviews - All requests for player and coach interviews must be made through the athletics communications staff. Players and coaches will be available following a 10-minute "cooling off" period after each home game. Postgame interviews of visiting players and coaches will be available upon request.

Radio - All requests for radio and Internet broadcasts must be made through the athletics communications staff. Space is limited, so please make your request at least one week ahead of time to confirm availability. Courtesy ethernet lines are provided for visiting broadcasts at all home basketball events.
