2013 [Junior]: Competed in six events for the Warhawks ... had a pair of top-50 finishes ... ran a season-best 8K time of 33:03.18 at the Sand Shark Invitational on Oct. 26 ... recorded a time of 33:14.26 at the SSAC Championships and finished 83rd.

2012 [Sophomore]: Participated in all nine meets for AUM … posted sub-33 minute times in three of the Warhawks’ final five meets, and in four races overall … finished with a career-best time of 31:42.50 at the Sand Shark Invitational on Oct. 20 … ended year at the SSAC Championships on Nov. 3, recording his second fastest time of the season at 32:43.64, putting him in 80th place overall … third-best time came early in the season at the Azalea City Classic on Sept. 15 (32:14.29).

2011 [Freshman]: Was the top-rated runner for AUM in all six meets of the Warhawks’ debut season … named to the Musco Lighting Champions of Character team ... posted a season-best time of 31:52 in the 8K Southeast Cross Country Classic on Oct. 22 … finished with a time of 19:54 in AUM’s inaugural meet at the Spring Hill Badger Brawl on Sept. 10, good enough for 18th place … finished 68th in the SSAC Championship with an 8K time of 31:58.

Prep: Graduated from Hewitt Trussville High School … competed in cross country for coach David Dobbs … was a member of the National Technical Honors Society.
