Nathan Langley joined the baseball coaching staff as a student assistant in 2019, following an illustrious two-year career as both a middle infielder and pitcher for the Warhawks.

The Opelika, Ala. native posted a .344 career batting average for AUM, to go along with 104 base hits, 17 doubles, 62 runs scored, and a career .445 on-base percentage. Langley led the Warhawks in virtually every offensive category during his senior campaign in 2018, including batting average (.383), base hits (69), doubles (15), runs scored (36), runs batted in (25) and stolen bases (15).Â

Langley compiled a 2.17 earned run average in 62.1 innings pitched for AUM over two seasons, while amassing a 5-3 career record with six saves. Langley served as the only player in the Gulf South Conference player in 2018 to record a batting average over .300 (.383) and hold an ERA under 2.50 (2.09).
