Biography

Prior to AUM: Played his junior season at Southern Polytechnic State University in Marietta, Ga., where he played for current AUM head coach Marty Lovrich … helped the Hornets to a 46-19 record, an appearance in the NAIA World Series, the Daytona Beach Opening Round championship and the Southern States Athletic Conference Tournament title … appeared in 61 games for the Hornets, hitting .258 with 49 runs scored and 15 runs batted in … recorded 36 stolen bases, a mark which ranked ninth in the NAIA … tallied a team-high 38 walks … had four doubles and a triple … had 14 multiple-hit games and seven games with two or more stolen bases … swiped a season-high four bases against Bethel on Feb. 22, 2014 … played his freshman and sophomore seasons for head coach Daniel Head at Alabama Southern Community College in Monroeville, Ala. … saw action in 81 games during his career …  posted a .254 career average, recording 62 hits in 244 at bats … had eight doubles, a triple and two home runs … scored 43 times and stole 52 bases … walked 38 times and drove in 36 runs …  led the Division I of the  National Junior College Athletic Association with 37 stolen bases as a sophomore … had 14 multiple-hit games during his career … stole multiple bases on 13 occasions, including four in a game twice.
