Benjamin Campi enters his second season as a graduate assistant tennis coach for the Auburn University at Montgomery men's and women's tennis teams.
In 2024, Campi helped lead the women's team to win the program's first GSC Tournament Championship with a 4-3 victory against Mississippi College. They went back to the NCAA South Region Tournament where they battled Lynn and came up short. They finished the season 19-6 and 8-2 in the GSC.Â
On the men's side in 2024, the Warhawks went 13-9 and 7-2 in the GSC. They played in the GSC Tournament where they fell short against West Alabama. They were ranked as high as No. 8 in the NCAA Division II South Regional Rankings during the season.Â
In the 2023 season, Campi helped guide the men's team to their first appearance in the NCAA Division II South Region Tournament and appeared in the program's first ever GSC Championship match. They finished the season with a 16-9 record.Â
On the women's side in 2023, the Warhawks reached the GSC Semifinals and the NCAA South Region Tournament once again where they fell to Saint Leo in the opening round.Â

Campi joined the AUM tennis staff ahead of the 2023 season from the University of Nevada, where he played three seasons for the Wolfpack. Campi moved into an undergraduate assistant coaching role in the 2021-22 season and helped lead the Wolfpack to a Mountain West Conference regular season title and tournament championship.Â

Campi is originally from Monte Carlo, Monaco before he attended Nevada, where he earned a Business Administration with a focus in finance. He is working towards a Master of Business Administration at AUM.Â
