Biography

2014 [Junior]: Earned Second-Team All-South Region honors from the National Fastpitch Coaches Association … garnered Southern States Athletic Conference All-East Division accolades … also named to the SSAC All-Academic team … enjoyed a break-out junior campaign in which she hit .373, scored 35 runs and stole 11 bases in 42 starts … had 53 hits, including three doubles … ranked second on the team with 17 multiple-hit games … tied for the team-lead with a 14-game hitting streak during the season … hit .386 and was a perfect 6 for 6 in stolen base attempts in conference games … was 2 for 2 in pinch-hitting appearances … was 3 for 4 with two runs scored and two stolen bases against Culver-Stockton on March 8 … finished 3 for 4 with a double and two runs scored against Coastal Georgia on April 5 … was 3 for 4 with three runs scored and a stolen base at Mobile on April 11 … had a season-high four hits, a run scored and a stolen base against Blue Mountain in the SSAC Tournament on May 2.

2013 [Sophomore]: Made 27 appearances for the Warhawks, including a pair of starts in left field … collected three hits in 13 at bats … had her first career multi-hit game against Thomas on Feb. 17, finishing 2 for 3 in AUM’s 6-1 victory … picked up her first career RBI against Talladega on March 1 … singled and stole a base against Spring Hill on April 24 … also stole a base against Emmanuel on March 2 … finished year with three runs scored.

2012 [Freshman]: Appeared in 35 games for AUM, primarily as a pinch runner … scored 11 runs, and also stole four bases on five attempts … scored runs in three straight games to start the season … swiped bags against Tuskegee (Feb. 22), Morningside (March 10), Lindsey Wilson (March 10) and Spring Hill (April 22) … had one hit in two at bats … singled against Bryan on Feb. 25 ... named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for having a grade-point average over 3.0.

Prep: Lettered in softball for six seasons for head coach Sean Womack at Spanish Fort High School in Spanish Fort, Ala. … helped the Lady Toros to six consecutive area titles and three appearances in the Alabama High School Athletic Association (AHSAA) Class 5A State Tournament … guided Spanish Fort advance to the Final Four and record a 37-18 record as a sophomore ... as a freshman, she helped the Lady Toros to a 43-14 overall mark and a spot in the Elite Eight of the AHSAA State Tournament … was an All-Baldwin County selection as a junior and senior … earned the Lady Toros’ Team Captain award following her final season … was also voted Spanish Fort’s Most Improved Varsity Player on two occasions … hit .365, with six doubles and one home run, while driving in 17 and adding 10 stolen bases as a senior … helped SFHS to a 34-14-1 record and an appearance in the AHSAA Class 5A South Region Tournament during her final year.
