2023-2024: Burst onto the scene as one of the top post players in the Gulf South Conference...made 25 starts and appeared in 28 games...averaged 29.3 minutes per contest...added 14.6 points, 7.6 rebounds, 1.4 assists, 1.1 steals, and 1.0 block per game while shooting 52.7 percent from the floor and 84 percent from the foul line...ranked among the best in the GSC in a host of categories, including scoring (15th), rebounds per game (2nd), offensive rebounds (4th), offensive rebounds per game (3rd), defensive rebounds (9th), defensive rebounds per game (8th), total rebounds (3rd), field goal percentage (2nd), field goals made (11th), free throw percentage (5th), blocked shots (8th), blocked shots per game (7th), steals (19th), and steals per game (19th)...posted six double-doubles, five 20-plus point games, and a pair of 30-point games...ripped down a season-high 14 rebounds on two occasions, against Montevallo (Jan. 13) and West Florida (Feb. 22)...had seven games with multiple blocks, including a season-high four against Valdosta State (Jan. 6)...put up three games with double-digit field goals made.

PRIOR TO AUM: Played 61 games across a trio of seasons at Bucknell University before transferring to McNeese State...named to the 2020 Patriot League Academic Honor Roll at Bucknell...averaged 5.9 points and 4.8 rebounds on 46-percent shooting in eight games last season at McNeese State before a season-ending injury.

PREP: Starred at Wheeler High School in Marietta, Ga....played football, basketball, and ran track and field...team captain and helped lead Wheeler to a 27-4 record in 2017-18 and advanced to the state semifinals for the first time in school history...7-A All-State selection in 2019...was the Region 5-A Player of the Year in 2018 and was an Atlanta Journal-Constitution First Team All-State honoree...First Team All-Region and All-County selection in his high school career as well...ranked as the No. 14 player in Georgia Class of 2019 by Hoop Seen...played in the 2019 Layne All-Star Game and played AAU basketball for Club Elite...averaged a double-double.

PERSONAL: Oldest son of Shedrick and Rhonda Rhodes...has one older sister, Shayla, and two younger brothers Shedrick Rhodes Jr. and Isiah Rhodes...brother Shedrick Rhodes Jr. is an offensive lineman for the Ohio University football team...cousin of former Florida State and Cincinnati Bengals receiver Peter Warrick...working on his master's of business administration.
