MONTGOMERY, Ala. ---- The Auburn Montgomery women's tennis team rolled to a 6-3 victory over No. 22 West Alabama Wednesday at the AUM Tennis Complex.
 
With the win, the Warhawks improved to 11-3 on the season, while the Tigers fell to 10-5 on the year.
 
In doubles, AUM won a pair of matches and took a 2-1 lead. At the No. 2 position, Kelly Southwood and Celine Lenertz picked up a 9-7 win, while at the No. 3 spot, Alejandra Gil and Iris Verweij secured an 8-3 victory.
 
In singles, Southwood, Verweij and Gil all rolled in straight sets, while Anna Rudolfova won via retirement.
 
The Warhawks will return to action on Friday, March 24, when they travel to Cleveland, Miss., to take on Delta State. First serve is slated for 10 a.m.
