After the second out of the inning was recorded, Flynn kept the game alive by drawing a walk on five pitches to load the bases. Langley ripped the first pitch he saw to third base, getting under the glove of the Cougar third baseman and into left field. Chandler and Davis both scored on the play and the game was tied 5-5. That would be it however for AUM in the bottom of the ninth and they went to extra innings.
