HOW IT HAPPENED GAME ONE

- The Warhawks got all four of their runs in the third courtesy of a Cobb grand slam, to push their led out to 7-0. A pair of walks from Brandt and Feaster, and
Hayden Friesen reaching base via a throwing error helped set the stage for Cobb's blast.
- After seeing the Bucs get on the board in the bottom of the third with a run, AUM would add a run in both the fourth and fifth innings to extend their lead to 9-1. Smelley came in to score on a double play in the fourth, while he was able to plate a run with an RBI single to left in the fifth.
- The Bucs would respond with eight runs over their next two at-bats, highlighted by a five-run seventh inning to tie the game up at nine-all. CBU got all three runs in the sixth on a bases-loaded triple, while their five runs in the seventh came on two RBI singles, a two-RBI double and a bases loaded walk.
- AUM would answer right back in the top of the eight, plating two runs to reclaim the lead at 11-9. The Warhawks took the lead on an RBI single to right-center from C. Henderson, and added another run on an RBI groundout from Zielonko in the frame.
