MACON, Ga. --- The Auburn Montgomery men's tennis team competed in their final exhibition match on Saturday, Feb. 1 at Middle Georgia, falling 6-1 to the Knights.
The Knights won the number two and thee flight in doubles to claim the point.
Muhamad Bedwan and
Nino Portugal knocked off Franck Soulerot/Nicolas Mougaillard 6-2 in the double's number one matchup.
In singles action,
Joao Guariente bested Santino Romeo in straight sets (6-1, 6-0) for the Warhawk's lone point.
The men's tennis team will kick off their 2020 campaign on Friday, Feb. 14 when the host UT-Tyler from the AUM Tennis Complex at 9:00 a.m.
