CLEVELAND, Miss. – The No. 19-ranked Auburn University at Montgomery men's tennis team fell 7-0 to No. 11-ranked and Gulf South Conference foe Delta State on the road on Friday morning, ended the Warhawks' seven-match winning streak.
The Warhawks drop to 10-6 on the year and slide into fourth place in the Gulf South Conference after the loss with a 5-3 record inside GSC play.
AUM was unable to get much momentum from the match against the Statesmen. The Warhawks dropped the doubles point to start the match and were unable to register a point in singles competition.
