MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. -- A flurry of first-half goals proved insurmountable for the Auburn University at Montgomery women's soccer team as Georgia College downed the Warhawks 5-1 on Saturday afternoon.

HIGHLIGHTS
- Georgia College struck first, as a goal from Taylor Salvaggio gave GC a 1-0 lead in the 13th minute.
- The game went back-and-forth for the next 20 minutes, with heavy possession for the Bobcats, but the score held 1-0.
- The Bobcats broke through with their second goal from Ellie Watson in the 40th minute.
- Sarah Mason's second goal of the season, in the 44th minute of action just shy of halftime, pushed the lead to 3-0.
- Amanda Dewey put the Bobcats on top 4-0 before the Warhawks found their first goal of the game.
- Mayson Jaindl slotted home a pass from Emma Webster to tally her second goal of the season and make it a 4-1 contest.
- The Bobcats found another goal in the 77th minute to finish off the game.
STATS OF THE GAME
- Jaindl collected the 22nd goal of her AUM career, moving her into a tie for 8th place all-time for the Warhawks.
- Webster added the first assist of her collegiate career.
