MONTGOMERY, Ala. -- Auburn University at Montgomery men's basketball player Jalen Gaston earned the Warhawk of the Week for his stellar contribution this past weekend helping the Warhawks go 2-0 against Saint Leo University and Florida Southern College. 

Gaston showcased his all-around skills combining for a total of 34 points, 10 rebounds, five assists, and six steals to finish off his weekend. Gaston, against Saint Leo added 19 points, five rebounds, one assist, and four steals, along with a clutch jumper to help the Warhawks secure the win. Gaston in the game against Florida Southern picked up where he left off scoring 15 points, five rebounds, four assists, and two steals to add onto his impressive weekend.

Gaston currently ranks tenth in the GSC in scoring category averaging 17 points per game. Additionally, Gaston is second in the GSC in steals averaging three per game.  

The Warhawks will be on the road to face off against Spring Hill College at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, November 21 in Mobile, Ala.
