LIVINGSTON, Ala. -- The Auburn University at Montgomery men's basketball team was mired in foul trouble for much of the night as the University of West Alabama secured its fourth consecutive victory on Thursday night at Pruitt Hall.

HIGHLIGHTS
- AUM built an early 13-10 advantage in the opening eight minutes of the game thanks to a pair of buckets from Malachi Rhodes and Jelal Williams.
- The Tigers put together a 10-0 run to vault themselves into a lead they did not relinquish the rest of the night.
- UWA pushed the lead out to as much as 18 in the opening stanza before settling into a 44-29 lead at the halftime intermission.
- A three-point basket and a tough bucket in the paint from Jalil Robinson pulled the Warhawks as close as they would get in the second half, 51-39, at the 15:11 mark of the second half.
- The Tigers kept the visitors at arm's length the rest of the way to secure the GSC win.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
- Robinson tallied his sixth straight game in double figures to start the year. He turned in 15 points with two three-point baskets, four rebounds, two assists, and three steals.
- Jelal Williams stuffed the stat sheet with seven points, eight rebounds, three assists, and two steals.
- UWA bested AUM in rebounds (43-37), second-chance points (21-15), and assists (16-11).
- AUM outscored the Tigers off the bench (32-15) and in the painted area (32-28).
