BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Auburn University at Montgomery women's basketball's Grace O'Gara was named Gulf South Conference Freshman of the Week after her performance this past weekend. 

The Worcester, Mass. native had a career-high of 26 points on Dec. 10 at Mississippi College. She was 10-for-15 from the field and was 5-for-5 from the charity stripe. She dished out four assists and grabbed four rebounds in the 64-54 victory over the Lady Choctaws. 

O'Gara played 79 minutes over the weekend and scored a total of 32 points. She posted four assists and had a trio of rebounds. 

Her 26 points against MC is tied for fourth most in Gulf South Conference games this season.
