MONTGOMERY, Ala. -- Roderick Smith went 11-for-14 from the field and 10-for-13 from the foul line en route and posted a 32-point, 12-rebound stat line, but the Auburn University at Montgomery men's basketball team fell 101-90 to the Lee University Flames on Saturday night at the AUM Athletics Complex.

HIGHLIGHTS
- The Warhawks found themselves down 18-6 early and Lee's PJay Smith added two more three-pointers as the Flames opened up a 27-16 lead at the 12:31 mark of the first half.
- A strong push by AUM saw the Warhawks grab a lead with 4:30 to go before the break as Jalen Gaston hit a driving layup to make it 38-36 Warhawks.
- Both teams traded buckets before Lee settled with a 41-40 lead at the halftime intermission.
- The Lee lead immediately swelled to six out of the locker room, before an 11-2 push by the Warhawks sent AUM in front 56-43 with 14:49 to play.
- A Smith three-pointer for Lee swung the momentum right back to the Flames, and Lee held a six-point advantage at the 2:42 mark of the second half.
- In the next minute and a half stretch, Roderick Smith went 5-of-6 at the foul line to pull AUM with two, 89-87, with 1:08 remaining on the game clock.
- After a steal by Joseph Lanzi gave AUM the ball with 56 seconds left, PJay Smith stole it right back for the Flames and was fouled, and late fouling and free throws delivered a 101-90 win for the visitors.

- Smith dropped a career-high 32 points on 11-for-14 shooting. He added 12 rebounds, one assist, one steal, and a 10-for-13 evening at the free-throw line.
- Joseph Lanzi added 19 points, six rebounds, one assist, and three steals for the Warhawks.
- AUM held the edge in rebounding (39-36), points in the paint (36-24), bench points (41-13), second-chance points (21-11), and points off turnovers (16-9).
- PJay Smith scored 32 points in 38 minutes, five rebounds, and five assists to lead four double-digit scorers for Lee. Beyuan Hendricks (19), Michael McGuirk (17), and Jayce Willingham (15) joined Smith in double figures.
- Travis Anderson (12 points) and Sam Youngblood (10 points) were the other two AUM double-digit scorers.
