Men's Tennis Defeats Spring Hill College 6-1

MOBILE, Ala. – The Auburn University at Montgomery men's tennis team took down Spring Hill College 6-1 on Wednesday afternoon in a nonconference match at the Copeland-Cox Tennis Center in Mobile, Alabama.

FIRST SERVE – DOUBLES  FIRST SERVE – SINGLES
  • At the first court in singles play, Spring Hill's Hauschildt won 4-6, 6-4, 4-0 against AUM's Guariente. This was the only point that SHC claimed on the day.  
  • Bonaiuti took the first set against Wallace 7-5 and gained a point for the Warhawks after winning 6-4. 
  • Bedwan played at the third court and defeated Phillip 6-3, 6-4. 
  • Le Maout earned a point at the fourth court by defeating Tom Gutermann 6-3, 6-3. 
  • Jacq was at the fifth court and took down Huckell 6-4, 6-1 to give AUM the sixth point.
  • Antione Renard was at the sixth court and rolled off a victory 7-5, 6-3 against Luke Tucker.

AUM will host the second ranked Columbus State Cougars on Saturday, February 8 at 10 a.m. at the AUM Athletics Complex.
