MONTGOMERY, Ala. -- The Auburn University at Montgomery women's basketball team took down the University of West Alabama in a Gulf South Conference thriller inside the AUM Athletics Complex on Greek Night 63-60.

HIGHLIGHTS
- Allasha Dudley scored the first six AUM points after sinking two free-throws at the 7:11 mark in the opening quarter to give the Warhawks a 6-4 lead.
- Grace O'Gara buried a jumper in the paint with eight seconds left in the first quarter which gave the Warhawks a 21-16 lead.
- Dudley got a jumper and a layup to go in the opening stanza of the second quarter that saw AUM extending the lead to 25-16.
- AUM's lead grew to 10 points with 4:33 to go in the first half at 31-21 and West Alabama's Shayla Golden scored the only points in the final 4:33 to make it 31-23 at halftime.
- The Tigers posted a 13-0 run in the third quarter and took their first lead of the game at 39-25.
- UWA held the lead until Dudley got a layup to go and tied the game up at 48-48. It was followed by a jumper from West Alabama's Julia Rodriguez, but Grace O'Gara came back down the floor and nailed a three-pointer to give AUM a 51-50 lead.
- The squads traded leads until Jamya Tyus sank a three-pointer in the corner to give AUM a 61-58 lead with 1:21 left in the game.
- Tian Addison connected on back-to-back three-pointers with eight seconds left and the Warhawk defense held strong and forced a missed three-pointer by the Tigers as AUM captured the 63-60 victory.
NOTABLES
- Dudley scored 27 points going 10-for-18 from the field and a perfect 5-for-5 from the foul line. She grabbed six rebounds and dished four assists.
- O'Gara scored 10 points and was 2-for-3 from beyond the arc. She gathered three boards and handed out three assists.
- Brianna Sanchez neared a double-double as she collected 10 rebounds and finished with eight points.
- Addison led the team in assists with five. She dropped nine points and had four steals.
- Jamya Tyus chipped in with seven points and Danielle Luckey had five boards.
- The Warhawks reach 10 wins for the first time since the 2019-20 season.
