MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- The Auburn University at Montgomery women's basketball team earned a 71-61 victory on Saturday afternoon at Christian Brothers University in a Gulf South Conference matchup inside Canale Arena.

HIGHLIGHTS
- CBU took a 7-2 lead in the first fine minutes of the first quarter and AUM slowed the CBU offense down as the end of the quarter neared. Allasha Dudley knocked in a three-pointer with 1:46 left in the quarter to take a 15-12 lead.
- AUM's lead grew to six as Grace O'Gara made a free-throw with 20 seconds left in the quarter.
- O'Gara sank two more free-throws at the 6:56 mark in the second quarter to extend AUM's lead to 27-16.
- CBU got back in the game and cut Auburn Montgomery's lead down to one point at 35-34 at halftime.
- The Lady Bucs' Tar Leatherwood sank a three-pointer to begin the second half and took a 37-35 lead.
- AUM responded with an 8-0 run that featured Danielle Luckey scoring a layup, helping AUM take a 43-37 lead.
- Dudley made a jumper with 29 seconds left in the third quarter to take a 54-43 lead entering the fourth quarter.
- CBU battled back and trimmed the AUM lead down to six, but the Warhawks made six free-throws to secure the victory.
