JACKSON, Tenn. – Bolstered by a first-half brace from
Noah Fernandes, the Auburn University at Montgomery Warhawks men's soccer team (7-3-3, GSC: 4-2-2) took down the Union University Bulldogs (3-6-4, GSC: 2-5-1) while scoring four goals and running its winning streak to three matches on Friday night in Gulf South Conference action.

HOW IT HAPPENED
First Half
Fernandes put the Warhawks on the board first in the 20th minute, as he converted a
Jonas Gunther assist to give AUM a 1-0 lead.
Fernandes scored his second goal of the night in the 34th minute to help the Warhawks take a 2-0 lead into the halftime intermission.
Second Half
Almost immediately out of the locker room, AUM added to its lead thanks to an own goal by the Bulldogs to put the match out of reach.

The Warhawks added their final tally of the night on
Alan De Paula's fourth goal of the season in the 59th minute, with an assist from Fernandes.

NOTABLES
- AUM outshot Union 21-19 in the match, with a 13-5 advantage in the shots on goal stat column.
- AUM goalkeeper Brock Marlow faced 19 shots, with five on goal, and made five saves to preserve the clean sheet for the defense, AUM's sixth shutout of the campaign.
- With two goals and one assist in the match, Fernandes moved into the team lead in points with 18. He is also tied for the team lead in goals with seven and ranks second on the squad in assists with four.
