MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Auburn University at Montgomery Women's Basketball (9-11, 7-8) fell to Mississippi College 60-49 on Saturday afternoon.
AUM struggled offensively to find a rhythm after shooting just 36% from the field and committing 26 turnovers. The lady Choctaws converted 18 points off Warhawk turnovers.
Mississippi College's fourth quarter run proved to be the difference in the game after they came out on a 7-0 run to open the quarter. They would outscore AUM 21-12 in the fourth as well.
The Warhawks were held to just nine points in the third quarter and 23 in the second half overall.
Allasha Dudley led the way offensively with 21 points and continues to lead the league at 18.0 points per game.
Samya Brooks was in double figures as well at 13 on Saturday afternoon.
AUM will hit the road for three straight road conference games that begin on Thursday, Feb. 6 ay Christian Brothers.
