Box Score TYLER, Texas – The Auburn University at Montgomery Warhawks men's tennis team (2-5) dropped a 4-1 decision to the Cameron Aggies (6-1) on Friday afternoon.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED
Doubles
The Aggies secured the doubles point with wins at the No. 2 and 3 positions. Giuseppe Bonaiuti's and Jami Savolainen's match at the No. 1 doubles position was left unfinished while tied up at 6-6.
 
Singles
Cameron went on to pick up the first two singles wins at the No. 4 and 2 spots, respectively. Bonaiuti put the Warhawks on the board with his 5-7, 6-4, 6-0 comeback win over the Aggies' Lukas Janousek at the No. 1 singles slot.
 
The opponents clinched the match with singles victories at the No. 1 and 6 positions, earning the 4-1 win over AUM.
 
UP NEXT
The Warhawks will stay in Texas for a match against No. 24 Midwestern State tomorrow, Saturday, February 28 at 10 a.m.
