MONTGOMERY, Ala. - Auburn University at Montgomery (8-22; GSC: 4-14) dropped a 13-5 decision to the Spring Hill Badgers (19-12) on Tuesday night in a midweek matchup at the AUM Baseball Complex.
Khristian Hill earned the start on the mound for AUM, marking his first start of the 2026 season, and worked a scoreless opening frame with two strikeouts.
After a quiet first inning on both sides, the Spring Hill Badgers broke things open in the second. The starting left fielder, Gavin Moran, got things started with a solo home run to right field, putting Spring Hill up 1-0. The visitors would deliver one more home run in the inning from Jordan Black, extending the lead to 6-0. They followed it up with another offense heavy inning in the third, adding six more to extend the lead to 12-0.
Spring Hill tacked on one additional run in the fourth to make it 13-0.
AUM answered in a big way in the sixth inning. Right fielder, Landon Baeder started the rally with a walk before Thomas Lemmond and Andrew Lutz delivered back-to-back singles to load the bases. A wild pitch brought home the first run for the Warhawks. Will Passeau and Andrew Ward walked. Ward's walk brought in Lemmond, bringing the score to 2-13.
Camden Suggs came through with a two-RBI single through the left side, and Casen Heaps added a sacrifice fly to cap a five-run inning for AUM, cutting the deficit to 13-5.
The Warhawks threatened in later innings with multiple baserunners but were unable to capitalize further, as Spring Hill held on to secure the 13-5 final.

AUM put together its strongest offensive inning in the sixth, scoring five runs on three hits, two walks, and a sacrifice fly.
Camden Suggs led the Warhawks with a two-RBI single in the sixth.
