Box Score AUGUSTA, Ga. - The Auburn University at Montgomery women's tennis team (4-7, GSC: 1-0) earned a 5-2 road victory over Augusta (3-3) on Saturday in Augusta, Georgia.
COACH MICHAEL O'BRIEN COMMENTS
"I'm really happy with the girls and how they competed today. Our energy was really good to start the match, and I think it was really important for us to get the doubles point today. Even though we lost the first set in singles on several courts, we stayed positive and let each other know we were competing hard to come back in those matches. Staying positive and loud helped us gain confidence and enabled us to play at a higher level. In the end, we were able to get the result we wanted, and it was a good win for us today!"
