GREENWOOD, Ind. – The College Sports Communicators (CSC) has announced its annual Academic All-District Team following the conclusion of the 2025-26 men's tennis season, with
Giuseppe Bonaiuti of the Auburn University at Montgomery Warhawks earning a spot.

Bonaiuti emerged as a key competitor for the Warhawks this season, being named Second Team All-GSC while earning consistent national recognition in singles play. The senior climbed as high as No. 47 in the ITA rankings and remained inside the top 75 throughout the year.

Bonaiuti appeared in 16 doubles matches during the regular season, compiling a 12-5 overall record and a 6-1 mark in Gulf South Conference play. The senior excelled at the top position, going 11-3 alongside
Jami Savolainen. He also added a win at No. 2 doubles with
Daniel Margoulis, defeating Tuskegee's tandem. Among his top performances was a 6-4 victory over No. 25 Midwestern State with Savolainen.

In singles, Bonaiuti finished 7-9 overall with a 3-5 record in conference matches, competing exclusively at the No. 1 position. He delivered a standout performance against No. 17 Mississippi College's Mattia Ricci, ranked No. 64 at the time, earning a 6-3, 3-6, 6-0 win. The result helped secure a narrow 4-3 victory over the nationally ranked Choctaws.

In the classroom, the Italy native held a 3.64 GPA while pursuing his degree in marketing.

In addition to his CSC Academic All-District honor, Bonaiuti was named AUM Male Student-Athlete of the Year and AUM Male Athlete of the Year. Throughout his career, Bonaiuti also earned ITA Scholar-Athlete status, was named to the GSC All-Academic Team, and was a consistent presence on the Provost Honor Roll, Dean's List, and Athletic Director's Honor Roll while being a member of Chi Alpha Sigma.
