2022: Made six relief appearances…struck out a pair of batters over 3.2 innings pitched…hurled an inning pitched on three separate occasions, including a pair of scoreless outings against Talladega College on Feb. 20 and Spring Hill College on March 2.

PRIOR TO AUM: Played two seasons at Central Alabama Community College in Alexander City, Ala.…made a team-high 12 starts on the mound, with 13 total appearances…posted a record of 2-1, with 5.54 earned run average over 37.1 innings tossed…struck out 23 batters, for an average of 5.54 K’s per nine innings…tossed 4.1 innings over eight appearances in a shortened 2020 season...gave up just two total hits, while tallying an average of 10.38 K’s per nine.
 
PREP: Was a four-year letter winner at Benjamin Russel High School in Alexander City, Ala.…also lettered for two seasons of varsity football.
 
PERSONAL: Full name is Huell Winburn Lumpkin…was born on Dec. 4, 2000…has two younger brothers, Chance and Charlie...majoring in secondary education.
