Auburn University at Montgomery Athletics

2020-21 [Sophomore]: Made three starts for the Warhawks in her second season at AUM and made appearances in seven total games… was third on the team with 62 kills in a shortened 2020-21 season and was third on the club with 3.26 kills per set… had three double-digit kill games for the Warhawks including a season-high 15 kills in the Spring Championship Series semifinals against top-seeded Alabama Huntsville.

2019 [Freshman]: Saw action in over 100 sets for the Orange & Black in her first season at AUM… recorded 281 kills in 2019 which ranked her second on the team… netted 13 double-digit kills in her freshman campaign, including two 20-kill efforts… she netted a career-high 21 kills in the quarterfinals of the GSC Championships against West Georgia… she also tallied a career-high 22 digs in a contest against GSC foe West Alabama on November 7.

Prep: Attended ITCG Ceasare Baltisti high school in Salo, Italy… took second place in the U-18 club nationals tournament in 2017, and first place in regionals in the same year… made four appearances in nationals in high school, finishing as high as second.

Personal: Full name is Giada Pais-Marden… is the daughter of Tommaso Pais Marden and Meri Bizzotto… has one sister, Valentina (11)… was born March 30, 1999… is majoring in business administration and minoring in hospitality and tourism.
