MONTGOMERY, Ala. ---- The Auburn Montgomery women's tennis team picked up its second win in as many days with a 7-2 victory over Young Harris Saturday at Lagoon Park.
 
With the victory, the Warhawks improved to 2-0, while the Mountain Lions fell to 1-1 on the season.
 
AUM took a 2-1 advantage following doubles play, after the teams of Anna Rudolfova and Paula Diaz at the No. 1 position and Kelly Southwood and Celine Lenertz at the No. 2 spot each earned wins.
 
In singles, the Warhawks picked up straight-set wins by Lenertz, Alejandra Gil and Iris Verweij. Southwood earned a three-set victory, defeating Eva Castiglioni, 6-4, 2-6, 1-0 (12-10) at the top spot, while Rudolfova rallied from a first-set defeat to outlast Maria Puerta at the No. 6 position, 3-6, 6-2, 6-4.
 
The Warhawks will return to action Tuesday, Feb. 7, when they host West Florida at 1 p.m. at Lagoon Park.
