Volleyball To Host Elite Performance Camps

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Auburn Montgomery volleyball head coach Melissa Robinson has announced three Elite Performance Camps that will take place over the summer at the AUM Athletic Complex.
 
The Elite Performance Youth/Middle School Camp is slated for Monday, July 9 and Tuesday, July 10, with the Elite Performance High School Skills Camp set for Wednesday, July 25 and Thursday, July 26. Both camps are open to all skill levels and will focus on individual skill drills the first day followed by team drills the second day. Each day of the camps start at 9 a.m. and goes until 3:30 p.m., with a break for lunch separating the morning and afternoon sessions. Price for the individual camps are $200.
 
The conclusion of the Elite Performance series is a one-day tournament on Wednesday, July 27 starting at 9 a.m. and is open to competitive high schools from Alabama, Georgia and Florida. The format of the tournament is a round robin schedule, giving coaches a chance to see their teams play live against teams of similar level and abilities. Price for the tournament is $400 per team.
 
Camp registration for all three begins at 8:30 a.m. Attendees are required to bring kneepads, t-shirts, shorts, sweatshirt, socks, court shoes, a water bottle, and spandex.
