INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- The NCAA released the third batch of Regional Rankings and the Auburn University at Montgomery volleyball team stayed at No. 10 in the South Region.
This is the final list of rankings the NCAA provides, before the NCAA Selection Show on November 20 at 6:30 p.m.
The Warhawks had three players be named to the All-Gulf South Conference team including
Kaleigh Fitzgerald,
Alessia Cappai, and
Myllena Torquetti.
Fitzgerald took home the GSC's Libero of the Year after finishing the regular season with 444 digs and 57 service aces. Her 444 digs is second-most in the GSC and her 57 service aces is tied for second.
Cappai has been a strong presence for the Warhawks with 227 kills on 586 total attacks. She has played in 23 matches and has 239 digs this season.
Torquetti is third on AUM's team in kills with 205. She has been the leader on the front line with 86 blocks.
The Warhawks play in the GSC Tournament on Friday, November 17 at 6:30 p.m. in Pensacola, Florida against Mississippi College.
