WORDS FROM THE WARHAWKS
- "Frustrated with what we put on the field today," said head coach Franklin Bush. "We consistently talk about limiting free bases, but we gave away seven walks and two hit-by-pitches. We have to do a better job of making teams earn what they get. Offensively, we need to find some situational hitting. Runners on, two outs, we have to stay on the attack, execute, and use the tools in our toolbox. We will get back to work tomorrow and prepare for the weekend."
ON DECK
- The Warhawks get their 2024 home season started with a three-game series against Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. The Warhawks and Eagles play a doubleheader on Friday, Feb. 9 at 1 p.m., and conclude the series on Saturday, Feb. 10 with a single game at noon.
